How travel is calculated
Travel is measured one way from the studio in Johannesburg, and it's the same formula for everyone.

Standard and Premium packages carry a larger included radius (60 km and 150 km), and the quote builder applies whichever is more generous.
Questions
Before you book
How do I secure my date?
A 35% deposit and a signed agreement. Until the deposit clears, dates stay open to other enquiries, which is why the calendar shows some days as provisionally held rather than booked.
What happens if it rains?
Outdoor sessions get one free reschedule to the next mutually available date. Weddings go ahead regardless, and we plan indoor and covered alternatives with you during the consultation.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. After the deposit, the balance can be split across monthly payments up to seven days before the shoot. No interest, no admin fee.
Do I get the unedited files?
No. The edit is the work. You do get every keeper from the day in both colour and black-and-white, which is typically far more than the package minimum.
How long until I see the photos?
A preview set of 10–15 images within 48 hours, then the full gallery per your package: 5–7 working days on Premium, up to 14 on Basic. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Are the prices VAT inclusive?
All displayed prices are the final amount payable. If VAT registration changes, the quote builder shows it as a separate line rather than silently adjusting the total.
