Why is the weekend more expensive?
Saturdays and Sundays carry a 10% loading because they're the days everyone wants. Book Monday to Thursday and you get 8% off instead, and the calculator applies it automatically.
What does "provisionally held" mean?
Another client has that date pencilled in but hasn't paid a deposit. You're welcome to request it. Whoever confirms first gets it, and we'll tell you honestly where you stand.
Can I change the details later?
Yes. Hours, extras and guest numbers can be adjusted up to 14 days before the shoot. The date itself can move once at no charge, subject to availability.
What if I need to cancel?
The deposit covers the date we turned others away for, so it isn't refundable, but it stays as credit against a future booking within 12 months.
